In this role, you will:. . Lead software engineering teams to plan, design, implement, and deliver projects from conception to production.. . Mentor and guide engineers, fostering professional growth, accountability, and high-quality output.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Project Managers, Designers, and stakeholders to align on project priorities and technical approaches.. . Make major design and technology decisions while ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.. . Participate in recruitment efforts, including interviewing candidates, conducting technical assessments, and supporting talent acquisition initiatives.. . Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and solutions.. . Candidates should have:. . 3+ years of experience managing small to medium-sized software development teams, preferably in an agile environment.. . 8+ years of senior engineering experience, including designing APIs, abstractions, and tools used by other engineers.. . Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft .NET stack (C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs) and SQL databases (Microsoft SQL Server or equivalent).. . Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, and preferably Typescript and React.. .
