Provide customer support in Norwegian via phone, email, and chat. . Assist clients with inquiries regarding home appliances, including product features and troubleshooting. . Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our management system. . Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues. . Offer guidance on product usage and maintenance. . Gather feedback from customers to improve product offerings and services. . Engage in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company procedures. . . Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal. .
