Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients in the construction industry. . Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner. . Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. . Assist customers with product-related questions and technical support. . Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure accurate information is provided. . Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement. . Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. . . Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written. . Experience in customer service, preferably in the construction industry. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. . Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure. . Ability to work independently and as part of a team. . Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools. . Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary. .
