Provide outstanding customer service to French-speaking clients, addressing inquiries related to e-learning platforms and educational resources.. . Assist users with account setup, course selection, and troubleshooting technical issues.. . Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up.. . Collaborate with the education team to resolve customer issues and enhance the overall user experience.. . Stay informed about the latest trends in the education and e-learning sector to offer informed assistance.. . Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and satisfaction.. . . Fluency in French and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.. .
