Retouch . on- and off-figure imagery. , including color and pattern swaps . Execute high-volume . asset adaptations. for site, email, social, and paid media . Build . email mechanicals. from provided briefs and layouts . Resize and reformat assets across multiple placements and specs . Prepare clean, organized, . handoff-ready production files. . Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all outputs . Partner with Creative, Marketing, and Growth teams to meet tight deadlines . What Good Looks Like. Fast, accurate execution with strong attention to detail . Ability to manage repetitive, high-volume production work without quality loss . Consistently brand-accurate outputs at scale . Clear file organization and naming conventions . Minimal rework required after review . Requirements. Strong command of . Adobe Photoshop. (retouching, color/pattern swaps, production workflows) . Solid working knowledge of . Figma. for layout updates and asset exports . Experience supporting . email, web, and paid media. production . Comfort working in high-volume, deadline-driven environments . Excellent attention to detail and process discipline . Nice to Have. Experience with eCommerce or performance marketing teams .
