Responsibilities. . Provide exceptional customer service support to German-speaking clients in the renewable energy sector.. . Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.. . Assist in troubleshooting customer issues and providing timely resolutions.. . Educate customers about renewable energy products and services offered by the company.. . Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.. . Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve service delivery.. . Document interactions with customers in the customer relationship management (CRM) system and follow up on outstanding issues.. . . Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.. .
