Accountabilities. ·         Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models to optimize revenue forecasts and identify new revenue opportunities.. ·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable AI/ML solutions.. ·         Build robust data pipelines and frameworks for model deployment in partnership with data engineering teams.. ·         Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques, including time series forecasting, regression, and classification.. ·         Continuously monitor and refine model performance to ensure accuracy and relevance.. ·         Stay current with AI/ML research and emerging technologies, providing thought leadership and guidance on applicability to business challenges.. ·         Operationalize novel AI products that improve efficiency, decision-making, and commercial strategy.. ·         Document best practices, model specifications, and implementation processes to support stakeholders.. ·         Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience, or Ph.D. with 3+ years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.. ·         Proven experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in commercial, financial, or enterprise contexts.. ·         Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.. ·         Experience with large datasets, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and model deployment pipelines.. ·         Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.. ·         Experience in time series forecasting, regression modeling, and classification techniques.. ·         Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.. ·         Preferred: knowledge of causal inference, Bayesian modeling, reinforcement learning, or Generative AI technologies.
