Design, build, and optimize highly interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business decision-making.. . Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into impactful visual solutions.. . Apply industry best practices to ensure high-quality, scalable, and consistent analytics deliverables.. . Work with data engineers to refine data structures and incorporate evolving reporting requirements.. . Use advanced DAX and SQL to create efficient data models and perform role-level security implementation.. . Leverage tools such as Power BI Report Builder, Tabular Editor, ALM Toolkit, and DAX Studio to enhance reporting capabilities.. . Train business users on data visualization principles and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solution adoption.. . Stay current with Power BI developments and contribute innovative ideas to improve analytics offerings.. . Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or 8+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.. . Minimum of 5 years' experience in BI development, with at least 3 years of hands-on Power BI expertise.. . Strong command of Power BI Desktop, Service, Report Builder, Tabular Editor, and DAX Studio.. . Proficient in advanced DAX and SQL queries with experience in implementing security models.. . Knowledge of data modeling techniques (star, snowflake, normalized schemas) and performance tuning.. . Familiarity with Power BI Embedded, REST APIs, and Premium features.. . Preferred experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, and Data Lake Storage.. .
