We are currently looking for a Senior Data Quality and Governance Lead – PLM & Enterprise Systems in the United States.. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead enterprise-wide data governance and quality initiatives across critical systems, including PLM, ERP, and MES. As the Senior Data Quality and Governance Lead, you will ensure the integrity, consistency, and usability of data that drives key business decisions. You will work closely with global teams, IT, and business leaders to implement best practices, develop standards, and support data-driven initiatives. This position combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, allowing you to influence enterprise data strategy while mentoring and guiding teams. The role is fully remote within the US, providing flexibility while contributing to large-scale, impactful projects.. . Accountabilities. . Own end-to-end data quality across enterprise systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.. . Lead data profiling, assessment, enrichment, and cleanup initiatives to maintain high-quality data.. . Oversee data migration quality assurance and harmonize data models across PLM, ERP, MES, and related platforms.. . Maintain data lineage, attribute mappings, and PLM classification standards across systems.. . Identify and resolve data quality issues proactively, preventing downstream impacts.. . Lead data governance programs and act as a subject matter expert for profiling, cleanup, and enrichment.. . Develop enterprise-wide standards, governance models, and performance metrics, reporting key insights to business units.. . Support legacy data migration, infrastructure development, and integration initiatives.. . Capture lessons learned and best practices in knowledge repositories for continuous improvement.. . . . Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).. . Strong experience in data governance, data quality, and enterprise system management (PLM, ERP, MES).. . Proficiency with tools such as PTC Windchill, Informatica, Microsoft Azure, Power BI, and Snowflake.. . Experience developing enterprise data dictionaries, lineage documents, and mapping artifacts.. . Demonstrated ability to collaborate with global teams and executive stakeholders.. . Familiarity with CAD data management, PLM-ERP integration, and modern data technologies.. .
