Key Responsibilities. . Handle inquiries from customers related to construction services, project details, and product availability via phone, email, and chat in French.. . Provide timely and accurate information regarding project status, timelines, and cost estimates.. . Assist clients with order processing and any issues that arise during the customer journey.. . Document all interactions with customers in the CRM system to maintain comprehensive records.. . Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to resolve client issues efficiently.. . Stay updated on industry trends, products, and services to better assist customers.. . . Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.. . Experience in customer service, preferably in the construction or related sectors.. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a dedication to customer satisfaction.. .
