Founding Recruiting Account Manager. to own employer relationships end-to-end and drive successful hiring outcomes for high-growth, VC-backed startups.. This is a high-ownership individual contributor role within a fast-growing AI-driven talent platform focused on transforming how top tech talent connects with startup companies. You will serve as the primary point of contact for employer partners, ensuring alignment, execution, and an exceptional client experience from kickoff through successful placements.. As a founding team member, you will help define and scale the playbook for employer account management in a modern, AI-enabled recruiting environment.. What You’ll Do. Own a portfolio of employer accounts, managing communication, expectations, timelines, and delivery . Lead onboarding and kickoff calls to ensure alignment on role requirements and hiring success criteria . Partner with hiring managers and founders to clarify interview processes, candidate profiles, and decision frameworks . Maintain structured weekly updates, pipeline reviews, and feedback loops . Identify risks early (stalled searches, misalignment, slow feedback cycles) and proactively resolve them . Collaborate with internal recruiters and sourcing teams to translate client needs into execution . Track performance metrics including pipeline health, time-to-fill, and conversion rates . Drive renewals and expansion opportunities by delivering strong hiring outcomes . Build repeatable systems, documentation, and account management processes as a founding hire . What Success Looks Like. Clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout every search . Hiring processes move efficiently with strong stakeholder alignment . High retention and repeat business driven by exceptional employer experience . Clear internal processes with clean handoffs and reliable reporting . Measurable improvement in speed, conversion, and hiring outcomes . 3–7 years of experience in . account management, client services, or recruiting agency roles. . Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent employer relationships . Strong consultative skills combined with operational execution . Experience working with startup, high-growth, or tech clients preferred . Comfortable navigating hiring managers, founders, HR, and recruiting stakeholders . Detail-oriented with strong written communication and follow-through . Commercial mindset focused on retention, expansion, and long-term account value . Experience using CRM, ATS, and recruiting tools . Nice to Have. In-house recruiting or HR business partner experience . Experience supporting high-volume or technical hiring . Familiarity with startup ecosystems and VC-backed companies . Comfort working in early-stage, ambiguous environments. Company Location: United States.
