Responsibilities. . Provide excellent customer service in Spanish to clients in the Food & Beverage industry.. . Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through various communication channels.. . Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.. . Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while communicating with customers.. . Collaborate with team members to create a seamless customer experience.. .
