Provide commercially focused legal advice to internal stakeholders and/or clients across operational and strategic matters . Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents (e.g., commercial agreements, construction/engineering contracts, supply agreements, NDAs, leases, service agreements) . Support matters across corporate/commercial, employment, disputes, regulatory, compliance, real estate, procurement, or governance (aligned to experience) . Assist with legal risk assessments and recommend pragmatic mitigations aligned to business objectives . Manage external counsel and advisors, including budgets, timelines, and matter strategy . Support dispute management, including pre-action correspondence, document preparation, settlement discussions, and claim support (as applicable) . Contribute to compliance frameworks, internal policies, and controls, including monitoring regulatory updates and implementing practical guidance . Ensure appropriate confidentiality, document retention, and information handling across legal workstreams .
