Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients in the hospitality and tourism sector.. . Manage inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses.. . Assist customers with bookings, changes, and cancellations of travel plans.. . Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally while maintaining high service standards.. . Provide information on destinations, attractions, and local experiences to enhance customer satisfaction.. . Document interactions and feedback to improve service processes and product offerings.. . Collaborate with team members and management to achieve service excellence and meet organizational goals.. . . Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.. . Experience in customer service, particularly in hospitality or tourism, is preferred.. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.. . Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.. . Proficiency in customer service software and reservation systems.. .
