Sourcing and identifying top talent for various job openings. . Conducting friendly and engaging initial screenings and interviews in Finnish and English. . Building lasting relationships with clients and candidates—your communication skills are key!. . Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their unique staffing needs. . Maintaining accurate records and databases of candidate information. . Supporting each stage of the recruitment process to ensure a smooth experience. . Contributing creative ideas to enhance our recruitment strategies. . . Fluency in Finnish and English is essential. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills will help you shine. .
