Client acquisition and relationship management: attracting new clients and developing long-term relationships with existing ones; . Acting as the first point of contact for clients: conducting company presentations and introducing available investment products; . Managing and resolving client requests based on their individual needs; . Maintaining regular communication with clients to build trust, inform them about new market opportunities, and support changes in investment strategies; . Providing administrative support: maintaining documentation, assisting with transaction processes, and ensuring timely information exchange between clients and the company; . Representing the company at specialized conferences, business events, and professional communities; . Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, analytics, and other departments) to ensure a high level of client service; . Analyzing client feedback and adjusting approaches to improve satisfaction and retention; . Preparing reports on client performance, engagement, and effectiveness of implemented strategies to help define and refine the target client profile.. 3+ years of sales experience within brokerage firms, investment companies, or related financial services (B2C experience is a strong advantage); .
