As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by owning a defined territory and building strong relationships with decision-makers across the construction sector. This role requires a balance of outbound prospecting, consultative selling, and effective territory management. You will leverage your ability to educate prospects, identify opportunities, and close deals to support business expansion. The environment is fast-paced and collaborative, with a strong focus on achieving targets while continuously developing your skills. You will also have the opportunity to travel for events, client meetings, and industry engagements.. Accountabilities:. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the full sales cycle and achieving revenue growth objectives. Your key missions include:. . Driving outbound sales through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn engagement.. . Managing a territory within the Northeast US, including regular travel to events and client visits.. . Identifying key decision-makers and conducting discovery calls to understand customer needs.. . Delivering engaging online and in-person product demos with support from Sales Engineers when required.. . Expanding and maintaining accurate data within the CRM for assigned accounts.. . Actively representing the company at events, trade shows, and industry associations.. . Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Revenue Operations, and other Account Executives to align on goals and strategy.. . To be successful in this position, you should bring strong sales experience, excellent communication, and organizational skills. Essential qualifications include:. . Approximately 5 years of experience in an Account Executive or similar B2B sales role.. . Demonstrated success in high-volume outbound sales and account-based selling.. . Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively.. . Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with a consultative selling approach.. . Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.. . Familiarity with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach, Drift, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/ZoomInfo, or similar.. .
