Key Responsibilities. Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and phone to generate qualified leads. . Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers. . Craft and deliver personalized outreach sequences using CRM and automation tools. . Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives. . Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies. . Maintain accurate records in CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive. . 1+ year of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or client outreach. Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). Proven ability to manage high volume outreach (100+ calls per day). Experience using tools like CRMs, dialers, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation. Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup. Highly motivated, disciplined, and coachable..
