Partner with product managers, UX teams, and leadership to gather, analyze, and interpret product usage data across the customer journey.. Develop, maintain, and optimize BI dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau.. Collaborate with engineering teams on data instrumentation and collection methodologies to ensure high-quality insights.. Conduct in-depth analyses, including A/B testing and adoption studies, to inform product decisions.. Mentor and guide junior analysts, providing actionable feedback to improve analysis quality and impact.. Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.. Work with Enterprise Data teams to model and structure data for reporting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.. Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.. Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in product analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis roles.. Expert-level proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.. Deep experience in BI development and visualization tools, especially Tableau.. Proven experience collaborating with product, engineering, and analytics teams on data creation, instrumentation, and modeling.. Strong experience conducting and analyzing A/B tests and experiments.. Proficiency in Python for data analysis is highly desirable.. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills..
