Assist with legal research and advice, drafting of contracts, internal policies and documents relating to the business of the company.. . Review and support the negotiation of commercial agreements, including NDAs, vendor contracts and intragroup agreements.. . Help ensure compliance with applicable international, regional and local laws and regulations.. . Monitor and track regulatory developments affecting the crypto industry and the company’s business and report findings to the legal and executive teams.. . Support licensing and registration efforts in multiple jurisdictions.. . Assist in the incorporation of legal entities in multiple jurisdictions, ensure their compliance with the applicable reporting obligations.. . Assist in the registration and/or protection of the company’s intellectual property.. . Work closely with other departments to address their legal queries and assist with the requested documentation and advice.. . Maintain legal documentation and corporate records.. . Qualifications:. . Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, bar admission in at least one jurisdiction.. . 0-2 years of post-qualification legal experience, ideally in a law firm or in-house legal department (experience in fintech is a plus).. . Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills.. . Fluency in written and spoken English is required.. . Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.. .
