As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a brand new Sales Development Representative to to join us and our growing US team! You'll play a critical part in lead-generation, opening doors to medium and enterprise level brands, which in turn, enables us to fulfil our mission in rewarding those who shape our world. . Responsibilities include:. . Targeting enterprise and mid-market brands across the US in order to generate leads, and book in introductory calls with these brands. . Actioning, revising, and tailoring email sequences using Groove, as well as reaching out to external brands via LinkedIn and via the phone. . Conducting extensive pre-research for an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approach, and staying updated on industry and brand developments that might impact your approach. . Introducing our Business Development Managers (BDMs) to clients, whilst participating in those initial introductory calls. . Developing relationships with affiliates and agencies to generate leads. . Attending relevant affiliate and company events . . Maintaining Salesforce with up-to-date activities and notes. . Contributing to the US strategy and shaping communication with the US audience, particularly by adapting case studies to US language . . A little bit about you.. We’d really like to hear from you, if you have:. . Experience in approaching mid-enterprise level brands in the US market - mapping these brands out, clear reach out methodology, strong lead generation experience.. . Experience in working with the wider Sales team internally. . Ability to think outside the box when approaching new clients. . Experience using LinkedIn, Groove (or similar), Gong (or similar), Salesforce (or similar). . Confidence in achieving targets/metrics (especially around LinkedIn, email and call outreach). . Familiarity within the MarTech or Software as a Service (SaaS) space would be beneficial. . The ability to confidently write and tailor your own email sequences . . Experience in using AI for tailoring sequences would be beneficial but not essential. . Someone who is passionate, positive, and focused on success for themselves and the team!. .
