Freelance German Translator at Hustler Marketing. Hustler Marketing is a world-class email marketing agency. We customize plans of attack for each of our clients to help them double or even triple their email revenue.. We are looking for a Translator to interpret written pieces from English to German, making sure to maintain their original meaning, format, and tone.. Translator responsibilities include reading and thoroughly understanding the context of a given material (copy), using specialized dictionaries and translation tools and proofreading finished pieces of work. To be successful in this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and be fluent in English in addition to your native language.. What You’ll Do. . Full campaign translation (day today - following the standard set by Account Managers) . . Full flow translation (following the standard set by Account Managers). . Sending previews of campaigns and flows translated to the Account Managers. . Checking grammar and spelling, insuring easy readability . . Implementing feedback received from clients and Account Managers into the respective email flows and campaigns. . Revising translations based on comments and critiques from the Account Managers . . . Native German Speaker. . Availability of at least 3-5 hours a week. . Proven work experience as a Translator, Interpreter, or similar role. . Excellent proofreading skills with the ability to identify grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors. . Good knowledge of content editing tools. . Familiarity with translation software. . Time-management skills. . Company Location: Germany.
