Support Program Managers in daily locum staffing operations and cross-functional team collaboration.. Manage provider placement workflows, including requisition, confirmation, onboarding, credentialing, and timesheet approvals.. Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely submissions and compliance with contractual terms.. Deliver accurate reporting and analytics tailored to client needs, focusing on fulfillment, agency performance, and operational insights.. Maintain data integrity and operational workflows in VMS platforms, identifying and escalating operational risks as needed.. Assist with special projects, implementation support, and process improvement initiatives.. Provide excellent customer service, resolving escalated concerns and facilitating smooth operations.. High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.. 2+ years of account management or administrative experience, with at least 1 year supporting MSPs or large clients.. Experience working in VMS platforms and familiarity with onboarding, compliance, and credentialing processes.. Previous locum tenens or healthcare staffing experience strongly preferred.. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong business relationships at all levels..
