Content Editor / Social Media Manager. to partner with our client – a fast-scaling SaaS platform in the events space – to elevate the personal and business branding efforts of the company’s founder across platforms like LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Threads, and Bluesky. This role blends editing precision with platform fluency: you'll refine written content, coordinate light visual design, and ensure consistent, strategic distribution across social channels.. As a Content Editor / Social Media Manager, your success will be measured by your ability to deliver clear, compelling content consistently, uphold brand tone across platforms, and manage end-to-end workflows with independence and strategic input.. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:. Content Editing & Creation. . Refine and edit long-form and short-form content to match personal and business brand voice.. . Repurpose long-form content (e.g., 10–20 min recordings) into micro-content suited for multi-platform engagement.. . Support the creation of static visuals (carousels, branded graphics) and light video edits for social media distribution.. . Social Media Management. . Maintain a consistent 3–5x/week publishing cadence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Threads, and Bluesky.. . Schedule, post, and QA content to ensure timing, formatting, and clarity across all platforms.. . Monitor content performance and surface actionable insights to improve engagement and optimize output.. . Brand Strategy & Distribution. . Uphold a consistent brand tone, look, and feel across personal and business accounts.. . Contribute to the execution of a content syndication strategy that maximizes reach and visibility.. . Ensure founder’s content aligns with the broader brand’s voice within the education and professional development sectors.. . Team Communication & Operations. . Coordinate with internal team members and external contractors to keep workflows on track.. . Collaborate closely with the founder and assistant, streamlining content review and publishing processes.. . At least 3 years of experience in social media management, content editing, or digital marketing. . . Analytical Mindse. t: Understanding of platform trends and algorithm changes across social channels. . .
