Deliver exceptional customer service in Spanish for inquiries related to food and beverage offerings.. . Assist customers with placing orders, handling inquiries, and resolving any issues.. . Provide information on menu items, promotions, and dietary options.. . Effectively manage customer complaints and feedback with professionalism.. . Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.. . Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.. . Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to better assist customers.. . . Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.. .
