This 100% remote Bilingual Back-office Assistant role is ideal for organized, detail-oriented bilingual professionals with an insurance background. You will be assigned to one of our client placements with a growing US insurance company. . Key Responsibilities. Notices Of Cancellation.. Reviewing & Updating Policies.. BOR/Loss Run Request Letters and certificates/Binders.. Acord Applications. . Motor Vehicle Reports and Auto ID Cards.. Carrier Downloads. . Billing Enquiries, endorsements, and quoting.. Perform data entry and internal reporting tasks.. Manage emails and communication with customers.. Other similar or related tasks.. Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish.. 2 to 6 years of experience in remote Insurance work with US/Canadian clients.. Proficiency with Agency Management Systems such as AMS360 or similar.. Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.. Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills..
