Marketing responsibilities will support partner activation and EU lead-generation objectives.. Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth (Primary). Partner Identification & Onboarding: Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic EU partners, including e-commerce SaaS platforms, ERP providers, WMS-compatible technology tools, and referral agencies.. Partner Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Bergen’s EU partner network, maintaining structured engagement through regular check-ins, joint planning, and performance reviews.. Co-Marketing & Activation: Develop and execute partner enablement initiatives, including co-marketing and co-selling activities to increase partner engagement and commercial outcomes.. Referral Pipeline Management: Manage partner-generated lead flow in coordination with Sales/BizDev teams, ensuring efficient hand-off, tracking, and reporting of outcomes.. Performance Monitoring: Track partner performance and ROI; maintain documentation and provide ongoing recommendations to strengthen ecosystem impact.. Marketing Execution & Regional Coordination (Secondary). Global Alignment: Collaborate closely with Global Marketing teams in the US and UK to adapt global strategies for the EU market while ensuring brand consistency.. Digital Performance Support: Monitor and support EU digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn), analyzing performance and reporting insights to support continuous optimization.. Content & Communications: Coordinate the development of EU-relevant marketing materials (e.g., case studies, newsletters, partner collateral) with internal stakeholders and external resources as needed.. Events & Industry Presence: Support Bergen’s participation in key industry trade shows, conferences, and partner events across the EU.. 1–3 years of professional experience in Partnerships, Marketing, Growth, or Business Development.. Experience in logistics, e-commerce, SaaS, or technology ecosystems is preferred.. Demonstrated ability to manage partner relationships and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.. Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, including digital performance metrics and campaign ROI.. Fluent in English (must) — strong professional proficiency in both written and spoken communication..
