As Director of Channel Sales & Partnerships, you will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing global partner ecosystem. Your role will involve identifying and onboarding strategic partners, shaping go-to-market plans, and ensuring sustained partner engagement and revenue growth across the corporate, academic, and government research sectors. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless enablement, joint initiatives, and measurable outcomes that align with the company’s commercial goals.. Accountabilities:. . Develop and execute a global channel sales strategy to expand reach and drive revenue growth.. . Identify, recruit, and enable strategic partners across core markets including government and academic research.. . Co-develop go-to-market plans, including sales goals, pipeline strategies, and co-marketing efforts.. . Manage a scalable partner program including onboarding, enablement, incentives, and performance tracking.. . Lead business reviews and monitor partner success metrics, engagement, and ROI.. . Serve as a strategic point of contact for complex deal support, partner development, and issue resolution.. . Align closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Legal, Marketing) to streamline partner operations and feedback loops.. . . 5+ years of experience in channel sales or partnerships, ideally in SaaS or data/analytics platforms.. . Demonstrated success in developing partner programs within government, academic, or corporate R&D sectors.. . 3+ years of leadership experience managing channel teams and scaling partner operations.. . Strong negotiation skills with experience structuring complex multi-party agreements.. . Proficiency in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), PRM tools, and performance analytics.. . Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills at all levels.. . Familiarity with government procurement standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, DFARS) is a plus.. .
