Provide advanced technical support for data center operations, including storage, compute, virtualization, and hyper-converged systems.. . Troubleshoot complex issues, determine root causes, and deliver resolutions to meet customer expectations.. . Support the full deployment lifecycle: planning, design, implementation, optimization, and documentation.. . Create and maintain project deliverables, including requirements documents, cabling diagrams, cutover plans, resiliency test plans, and technical drawings.. . Communicate project status and technical guidance clearly to customers and internal teams.. . Facilitate knowledge transfer to customers and team members as needed.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent service delivery and high-quality technical outcomes.. . . . 8–10+ years of experience in storage, virtualization, and data center engineering.. . Strong expertise in technologies such as Cohesity, Cisco UCS, Nutanix, VMware, and Hyper-converged systems.. . Experience with Fibre Channel switching (MDS, Nexus FCoE, Brocade) and Ethernet switching for IP storage and hypervisor connectivity.. . Familiarity with Cisco HyperFlex HX, Pure Storage, VMware Horizon View, and VMware Site Recovery Manager is a plus.. . General understanding of Layer 3 routing protocols.. . Knowledge of additional technologies such as Veeam, Dell-EMC VxRail/VxRack, VMware vSAN, and VMware vRealize Operations Manager is advantageous.. .
