The Technical Systems Analyst will drive system integrations, reporting solutions, and automation initiatives while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. As a Technical Systems Analyst, you will ensure business applications operate efficiently and meet organizational needs:. ·         Administer, configure, and provide technical support for ERP, HRIS, and other critical business applications.. ·         Develop and maintain dashboards and SQL-based reports, including Power BI visualizations, to support Finance, HR, and IT functions.. ·         Design, implement, and manage integrations between systems using APIs, webhooks, and middleware platforms.. ·         Build scripts or lightweight applications in Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar languages to automate workflows and data processing.. ·         Map business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and system enhancements.. ·         Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements, test solutions, and train users on system functionality.. ·         Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.. The ideal candidate combines technical proficiency with problem-solving and communication skills:. ·         Associate’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; progress toward a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience considered.. ·         3–5 years of experience in technical systems analysis, IT administration, or application support with ERP or enterprise business applications (e.g., Unit4, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, SAP).. ·         Strong SQL skills for querying, data manipulation, and database reporting.. ·         Experience building visualizations in Power BI or similar tools, including writing DAX expressions.. ·         Familiarity with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and data formats such as JSON and XML.. ·         Scripting proficiency in Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar modern languages.. ·         Experience with middleware platforms (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, Zapier) and ticketing/project management tools like Jira, Asana, or ServiceNow.. ·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.. ·         Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with initiative to improve processes and systems.. ·         Systems-thinking approach to understand interconnections and drive operational efficiency.. Preferred Qualifications:. ·         Familiarity with nonprofit business processes or global development organizations.. ·         Knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevOps principles, and Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or Azure ecosystems.. ·         Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Platform, and Azure Integration Services.. ·         Relevant Microsoft or Azure certifications..
