We are currently looking for a National Account Manager in Virginia (USA).. This role provides the opportunity to drive national sales growth for an award-winning beverage brand, focusing on office and foodservice channels across the U.S. As a National Account Manager, you will manage strategic accounts, develop and execute innovative sales programs, and strengthen key relationships with distributors and clients. You will influence business strategy through data-driven insights, manage complex deals, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. The position demands strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Ideal candidates have experience in B2B food & beverage sales, a proven track record of exceeding targets, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.. Accountabilities. ·         Develop and maintain strong relationships with national accounts, distributors, and foodservice partners.. ·         Identify and manage an active pipeline of strategic opportunities, including new client acquisition and account expansion.. ·         Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deal terms while managing approvals and renewals.. ·         Design and implement account-specific programs, such as promotions, pilots, and incentives, to drive engagement and sales volume.. ·         Ensure flawless execution of brand standards, marketing initiatives, and equipment programs across accounts.. ·         Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align strategies and optimize performance.. ·         Utilize data and market insights to inform sales strategies, resource allocation, and decision-making.. ·         Travel as required to support client needs, trade shows, and quarterly business reviews.. ·         Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.. ·         7+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, preferably in the food & beverage industry; coffee experience is a plus.. ·         Proven success managing national accounts and executing high-value deals.. ·         Experience working with distributors, multi-unit operators, and office coffee service channels.. ·         Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to guide strategy.. ·         Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.. ·         Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and travel 30–40% of the time.. ·         Proficient with CRM and office productivity software..
