Conduct initial assessments and gather comprehensive information from clients and families regarding their needs and background.. Coordinate the scheduling of evaluations and intakes with the ABA team.. Provide education to families about ABA services, processes, and available resources.. Document all client interactions accurately in the database, maintaining confidentiality as per HIPAA regulations.. Work collaboratively with therapists and other team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.. Assist in identifying barriers to service access and recommend solutions to improve client experiences..
