Luxury Travel Support Specialist. —a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll be a key partner to our travel designers, ensuring every journey is executed seamlessly by managing research, logistics, documentation, and team organization.. By taking on critical administrative and itinerary-preparation responsibilities, you’ll allow our designers to focus on crafting extraordinary travel experiences.. What You’ll Do : . 🏹 Research and secure trip components—hotels, cruises, tours, and partner services. 🧳 Coordinate logistics and details to support flawless, end-to-end travel planning. 📑 Prepare polished itinerary presentations and final travel documents for designer approval. 📧 Communicate with travel partners and vendors throughout the planning process. 💰 Maintain accurate sales records, including financial details and payments. 📂 Organize team tasks, track project milestones, and keep reference resources up to date. Bonus Points if You Have:. ⭐ Previous experience in the travel industry. ⭐ Familiarity with Apple Mail, iCloud, Pages, and Numbers. ⭐ Knowledge of Airtable or similar database tools. ⭐ Experience using Google Workspace for collaboration and organization. ⭐ Exposure to Axus Itinerary Software (or a similar platform). ⭐ Familiarity with travel booking engines (SABRE, Travel Wits, etc.). ⭐ Understanding of travel insurance quoting and documentation.
