In this role, you’ll be a key partner to our travel designers, ensuring every journey is executed seamlessly by managing research, logistics, documentation, and team organization.. By taking on critical administrative and itinerary-preparation responsibilities, you’ll allow our designers to focus on crafting extraordinary travel experiences.. What You’ll Do : . 🏨 Research and secure trip components—hotels, cruises, tours, and partner services. 🧳 Coordinate logistics and details to support flawless, end-to-end travel planning. 📑 Prepare polished itinerary presentations and final travel documents for designer approval. 📧 Communicate with travel partners and vendors throughout the planning process. 💰 Maintain accurate sales records, including financial details and payments. 📂 Organize team tasks, track project milestones, and keep reference resources up to date.
