As the Head of Product Data Analytics, your purpose will be to act as a strategic leader who excels at translating complex data into clear, actionable business insights, and communicating those effectively with the senior leadership team. You'll focus on setting expectations, processes, and standards for experimentation and analytics within our product teams. A key part of your role will be to drive product growth, identify opportunities, and help teams build better products through data-informed decisions. You'll be a vital advocate for product needs and a sparring partner for the Director of Analytics, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and technical requirements. You'll also play a crucial role in developing the capabilities of our relatively junior product analytics team, mentoring them and advancing their skills toward more predictive and forward-looking analytics.. Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…. . Proven leadership experience in product analytics, with a focus on setting strategic direction and establishing best practices rather than day-to-day analysis.. . Deep expertise in product, including driving product growth and identifying opportunities through data.. . Strong understanding of customer behavioural analytics and the ability to monitor user journeys within applications.. . Deep knowledge of product analytics technology, including event streaming and data governance related to GDPR compliance.. . Proficiency in statistical concepts such as standard deviations, statistical significance, logistic regression, decision trees. .. . Demonstrated ability to establish industry-standard experimentation and analytics frameworks.. . At a minimum we require conversational level English language skills. Why?
