Provide exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients in the hospitality and tourism sectors.. . Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to travel bookings, accommodations, and other tourism services.. . Assist customers with their travel plans, providing recommendations and information about destinations.. . Manage customer complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure a positive outcome.. . Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.. . Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer service system.. . Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide informed assistance to clients.. . . Fluency in Portuguese, both spoken and written, is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.. . Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.. . Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.. . Familiarity with travel booking systems and customer management software.. .
