State of the art knowledge in designing User Interfaces and Customer Journeys which users love. Real domain expert down to the roots in UI/UX design. Knowing the difference between real knowledge/understanding and Dunning-Kruger. Open mind to listen and learn but also to give back knowledge to the organization. Strong business problem-solving mindset, taking responsibility for (sub-)projects/initiatives - Knowing:. How to prioritise effectively by applying the Pareto principle of 20/80. How to break down bigger milestones into risk-safe (means: there might be still risk but it’s known and under control)  strategic agile iterations that lead to quality and steady progress . Communication skills: Ability to adapt the communication method/style to the audience so that everyone is able to understand the main point..
