We are seeking a seasoned Sr Cloud Engineer to lead technical initiatives and serve as a trusted advisor for cloud architecture, operations, and deployments. In this role, you will manage client cloud environments, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure operational excellence. You will provide guidance to internal teams and clients, act as the escalation point for technical challenges, and implement innovative cloud solutions using Infrastructure-as-Code, containerization, and orchestration tools. Lead the design, implementation, and management of cloud infrastructure across multiple client accounts.. Conduct technical reviews of existing cloud deployments and provide recommendations for improvements.. Consult with clients to align cloud solutions with their strategic objectives and digital initiatives.. Develop KPIs to measure cloud environment performance and client outcomes.. Troubleshoot complex cloud issues and serve as the primary escalation point for technical problems.. Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) and container orchestration solutions (e.g., Kubernetes, serverless).. Maintain client documentation, run-books, and compliance processes for security and regulatory standards (PCI, SOC2, HIPAA, etc.).. Mentor team members and support cross-functional collaboration to improve operational efficiency and cloud capabilities.. 3+ years as a Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Security Operations, and 5+ years in IT.. Expertise in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with general familiarity of all three.. Strong knowledge of cloud security, compliance, and risk management.. Hands-on experience with containerization, Kubernetes, serverless, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools.. Familiarity with cloud-native applications, microservices, and DevOps practices..
