In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:. Create standardized, professional business plans aligned with formal business textbooks and academic standards. Write clear, high-quality narrative sections, combining original writing with AI-assisted drafts when appropriate. Build, analyze, and interpret financial models and projections using real financial data (bank statements, tax returns, personal income) or pre-revenue assumptions. Develop financial forecasts, charts, graphs, and visualizations using Google Sheets and/or Adobe tools. Review, edit, and refine AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, coherence, and a natural, human tone. Apply structured templates to ensure consistency and high-quality output across all projects. Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows, templates, and quality standards as the department scales. Proven experience creating complete business plans, including both narrative and financial components;. Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to identify and refine AI-generated content;. Solid experience building financial models, forecasts, and projections;. Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, charts, forecasting models);. Experience using Adobe tools or similar platforms to create professional visuals and graphics;. Ability to work independently, meet quality standards, and deliver polished work without relying on AI to generate final outputs;.
