Program Monitoring & Evaluation Intern at HealthCorps. Position Overview:.  . HealthCorps is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Monitoring & Evaluation Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing data to support our mission of improving the health and well-being of young people. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for undergraduate or graduate students looking to gain hands-on experience in data management within a non-profit organization. This internship will run for the spring semester: 1/12/2026-5/29/2026. .  . Responsibilities:.  . Data Cleaning and Organization: .    - Utilize Excel to clean, organize, and validate various datasets. .    - Ensure data accuracy and consistency to support reliable analysis. .   . Data Analysis: .    - Conduct basic data analysis to derive meaningful insights. .    - Generate reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively. .   . Database Maintenance: .    - Assist in maintaining and updating the organization's database. .    - Regularly audit and optimize data storage systems. .   . Collaboration: .    - Work closely with program teams to understand data needs and requirements. .    - Collaborate with team members to integrate data into program evaluations. .   . Documentation: .    - Document data management processes and procedures for future reference. .    - Create user-friendly guides for data input and retrieval. .   . Qualifications. : . - Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program. . - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data cleaning and basic analysis. . - Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality. . - Excellent organizational and time management skills. . - Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. .   . Schedule: . - Part-time, minimum of 10 hours per week. . - Flexible scheduling to accommodate academic commitments. . Company Location: United States.
