The Boutique COO supports business owners and founders and is looking for an excellent, self-starting, inside sales manager to support a few different clients in our network.. Job Responsibilities:. Take inbound sales calls and intake calls for a few different businesses (one in the digital products space, the other in the legal space). Keep good records of the lead call results including level of interest, contact information, next steps, etc. Professionally communicate with clients using thr business's values and processes as a guiding principle. Hours start at 10-20 hours per week and have potential to grow up to 40 hours per week as we grow. Schedule is flexible and largely weekday-based, with most project turnaround times being 1-2 days.. This is a remote position.. Inside Sales Manager Qualifications / Skills. Experience in inside sales, client-facing roles, or revenue-focused positions . Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different buyer types and industries . Self-starter mindset; comfortable jumping into conversations, qualifying leads, and moving deals forward without heavy direction . Ability to manage multiple conversations, follow-ups, and pipeline stages simultaneously . Strong judgment and sales intuition; able to redirect conversations or reposition offers when a prospect’s needs shift .
