Key Responsibilities. . Provide high-quality support to German-speaking clients using CRM platforms via phone, email, and online chat.. . Assist customers with inquiries regarding CRM functionalities, account management, and troubleshooting issues.. . Document customer interactions in our CRM system accurately to track issues and solutions.. . Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex queries and suggest improvements to client processes.. . Conduct training sessions for clients on effective usage of the CRM platform features.. .
