You’ll be the operational backbone of the team—keeping campaigns running smoothly while leveraging tech to improve efficiency.. Key Responsibilities. . . Campaign Setup & Maintenance:.  Enter and update wine campaign data (names, prices, discounts) with accuracy and speed.. . . Calling Plan Coordination:.  Use customer data to generate optimized daily calling lists.. . . Team Support:.  Be the go-to person for campaign adjustments, invoice updates, and general troubleshooting.. . . Reporting & Analytics:.  Prepare post-campaign reports using Zoho Analytics and assist with data analysis tasks.. . . Technical Admin Support:.  Work closely with the Data Analyst on data cleaning, Excel analysis, and CRM updates.. . .
