Availability to work in EST hours. Experience in US hiring, particularly for GenAI, ML, and Data Engineering roles. Proven understanding of work authorization processes for North America. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong stakeholder management ability. Experience working for a consulting company with global operations (US, India) highly preferred. Excellent proficiency in Google Workspace. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving requirements. Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and self-motivated. Enthusiastic, personable, and positive attitude toward team collaboration. Responsibilities. Manage end-to-end recruiting for the Tiger Analytics team in the US and Canada. Source, screen, and schedule interviews with panel members and hiring managers. Create and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for upcoming roles. Maintain the ATS, collect feedback, and calibrate the hiring process. Engage and attract talent across levels—from senior consultants to leadership roles. Manage interview, offer, and negotiation stages in partnership with hiring managers. Build partnerships with external recruiting firms and contractors. Company Location: India.
