You'll manage end-to-end program execution, from timeline coordination to vendor communication and client reporting. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this position allows you to both lead smaller-scale productions and support senior producers on complex projects. You’ll work cross-functionally with creative and strategic teams to ensure flawless event delivery. The role calls for agility, initiative, attention to detail, and a deep passion for experience-making.. . Accountabilities:. . Manage and execute event programs up to $500,000 with precision and professionalism.. . Support senior and executive producers on larger activations, overseeing specific elements like vendor procurement, negotiations, and timely payments.. . Maintain up-to-date project documentation, production schedules, run-of-show outlines, and action lists.. . Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients, helping to translate production needs and timelines into actionable plans.. . Own budget development and reconciliation for assigned projects or segments, and collaborate on larger budget structures.. . Lead onboarding processes for freelance production staff and ensure adherence to internal compliance.. . Ensure timely completion of team timesheets and expenses, and help foster a productive, process-oriented environment.. . Coordinate logistics onsite, including lifting and setting up equipment, and remaining flexible with work hours and locations.. . . 3–4+ years of hands-on experience in event production, ideally in an agency setting.. . Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.. . Effective communicator with both internal teams and clients, adaptable to shifting priorities.. . Comfortable with hybrid work, including onsite event support and physical activity such as lifting or kneeling.. . Proficient in Microsoft Office, Apple tools, project management platforms, and social media.. . Willingness to work evenings and weekends when events demand it.. .
