Accounting Assistant at SuperStaff. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented English Accounting Assistant to join our finance team. This role will play a key part in managing high-volume financial transactions while supporting the team during a system transition to Microsoft Dynamics. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong communication skills, and is eager to learn and grow. Fluency in English is required for effective communication with internal teams and external partners.. Key Responsibilities:. . Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. . Process sales commissions. . Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets with financial data. . Perform bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. . Support the transition and integration to. Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (MDBC). . . . Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. . Fluent in English (spoken and written). . Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (MDBC). . Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. . Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. . Strong communication and organizational skills. . Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. .
