Regional Partnership Manager, Clinical at Riverside Insights. As a Regional Partnership Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding opportunity for all learners. In this role, you will lead strategic sales efforts across an assigned territory, with a focus on selling Riverside Clinical products through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling. By building strong relationships with key partners and developing strategic sales plans, you will contribute directly to our mission of growing the potential in every student.. Drive new business growth by securing new logos, expanding existing partnerships, and cross selling our innovative solutions to meet and exceed revenue targets. . . Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Riverside’s clinical products and strategic offerings, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and expertise in product presentations.. . Create and execute a territory plan aligned with departmental objectives, monitoring progress and implementing alternative strategies as needed.. . Leverage CRM tools such as HubSpot to maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline data, improving forecasting accuracy and decision-making.. . Build thought leadership by staying informed about industry trends and sharing insights to inform product and sales strategies.. . Advance sales skills in business development, strategic selling, and territory management through continuous education and professional development. . . Disclaimer . Master's level degree in School Psychology or Special Education with 3+ years of outside sales experience. . Proven track record of success in execution of sales fundamentals including prospecting, leading discovery meetings, handling objections, negotiation and closing.. . Exceptional planning and organizational skills with the ability to synthesize technical information effectively.. . Strong relationship-building skills, including directed communication and the ability to instill trust and confidence. . . Proven strategic thinking and critical analysis capabilities to evaluate trends and drive decision-making. . . Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot to analyze and manage sales data.. . Thought leadership with a commitment to staying updated on industry trends and contributing to team growth. . . Physical Requirements: . . Remote. . 50%+ travel. .
