We are currently looking for a Special Education Teacher (K-5) in Phoenix, Arizona.. This role provides an exciting opportunity for a dedicated special education professional to make a meaningful impact on students with autism and related disorders in a remote learning environment. You will manage a caseload of students, design and deliver individualized instruction, and support students in achieving their IEP goals. Working closely with a collaborative team, you will plan lessons, monitor progress, and adapt materials to meet diverse learning needs. The role emphasizes data-driven instruction, ongoing communication with students and families, and continuous professional development. Manage a caseload of students in the online learning environment and provide instructional support tailored to each learner.. . Prepare weekly lesson plans and modify instructional materials as needed to meet IEP goals.. . Analyze curriculum data regularly to make informed instructional decisions.. . Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and participate in student meetings.. . Maintain consistent communication with students, parents, and staff regarding progress, challenges, and successes.. . Plan and implement structured teaching strategies, organize classroom activities, and provide feedback to support staff.. . Must be an Arizona resident.. . Valid Arizona Special Education Teaching Certification and IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.. . Bachelor’s degree or higher.. .
