MDU Project Manager at Race Communications. Race Communications is California's leading provider of 10G fiber internet, built on a mission to connect underserved communities. We are looking for a skilled and proactive MDU Project Manager to lead our fiber deployment projects from start to finish.. This role is central to our expansion, overseeing the end-to-end execution of telecommunications network deployments in Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs), single-family homes, and commercial developments. You will be the key coordinator ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.. What You'll Do:. . . End-to-End Project Management:. Lead the entire project lifecycle for fiber network deployments, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.. . . Stakeholder Coordination:. Serve as the primary point of contact for property managers, developers, and community representatives, ensuring clear communication and smooth coordination.. . . Construction & Vendor Oversight:. Collaborate with construction teams and manage vendors, conducting on-site walkthroughs to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project scope.. . . Process & Risk Management:. Utilize project management tools like Jira to track milestones, manage risks, and provide regular progress reports to leadership and stakeholders.. . What We're Looking For:. . . 2-5 years of project management experience. , preferably in telecommunications, construction, or community development.. . Must be located in California. .
