Role Overview:. We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Loan Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of financial processes, enabling them to work effectively with business partners, brokers, and clients. . Key Responsibilities:. . Offshore Support:  Review docs received and ensure they’re correct, accurately rename and save/file in clients folder. . Offshore Support: Send formal/unconditional approval letter and manage process from this point through to settlement. . Dealing with (on phone and email) clients, banks, clients conveyancer/solicitor, banks conveyancer/solicitor to address any missing information or settlement conditions. . Ensuring everything related to settlement has been arranged well in advance of settlement - . . . Loan docs issued, signed and returned to bank. . Offset account set up. . Shortfall and surplus authority arranged. . Building / strata insurance provided to bank and their solicitors. . Settlement booked. . . Required Skills and Qualifications:. . 3+ years of experience as a Loan Processor preferably in an Australian loan company. . . Experience in mortgage brokerage . . Strong attention to detail . . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . . Able to adapt quickly to company’s internal tools such as AOL and bank portal . . ST experience preferred . .
