Lead and manage complex programs and projects from planning through execution and closure, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timeline.. . Coordinate on-site program logistics and operations, managing speakers, presenters, and external contributors from invitation through follow-up.. . Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk registers, and post-mortems for clarity and accessibility.. . Communicate project updates, requirements, and challenges effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences through reports, presentations, and meetings.. . Prioritize tasks, manage team time efficiently, and proactively identify and mitigate potential schedule impacts to ensure timely project completion.. .
